When you use the contact form (or Etsy shop) to get in touch, you are initiating an email to email@example.com. The content of these emails and subsequent communications are delivered via SSL (an encrypted link between a web server and a browser). This is stored with my third party internet host Penguin-UK located on cpanel-services servers.
